Weird Criminal Law Stories, Volume VI: Women in Trouble! Review

With a title of “Weird Criminal Law Stories” and “Women in Trouble”, I just knew I had to read this book.  Professor Leonard Birdsong has obviously taken the time to find all of these weird criminal law stories. It seems they come from every state and many different walks of life.

I had to laugh at the woman that called the police for a ride home from the bar. I guess she got them confused with the Taxi service. In this book, Professor Birdsong brings together 205 stories of women who have broken the law in various instances.

Most of these stories made me wonder where these women came from and,  how they thought they would ever get away with the crimes they committed. I will admit I did laugh quite a few times, as they just seemed to be too outrageous to have really happened.

If you enjoy true criminal stories of women and yet true ones; you will want to get your hands on this book.
