The movie Gibby is a sweet movie about a little Capuchin monkey who captures the heart of a young teenage girl named Katie.

Katie has been dealing with the loss of her Mom and has lost interest in everything.  Her schoolwork, gymnastics, and friendships have all suffered because of this.

Katie had to write an essay in order to watch her teacher’s Capuchin monkey for the summer while she is away. With her, Dad’s permission and some help from her friend Tommy Katie’s summer have gone from a downer to renewing her faith in her life all because of a  little monkey friend.
